Kiss Me Mascara Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can Kiss Me Mascara be waterproof yet come off only with the use of water?

A: Neither water nor friction alone are enough to remove the mascara. It is only when the
two are combined that the mascara will come off. Water loosens the mascara's adhesion
to the lashes but it still takes the gentle pressure to remove the tubes. Showering will also
usually be enough to remove the mascara effectively due to the water pressure.

Q: What is the active ingredient that makes Kiss Me Mascara so different?

A: The active ingredient is an acrylic polymer. For this reason,
Kiss Me Mascara
has been described as somewhat of a "plastifying agent" that forms tubes around
each lash as opposed to painting or dying them.

Q: Does it add volume and length to the lashes?

A: Since it forms a tube around each lash it amplifies both the lash's volume and length.

Q: Can I use my regular make-up remover to take it off?

A: No. The only thing that will effectively remove the mascara is water and
pressure. Using creams or eye make-up removers will simply not work.

Q: Will it bunch up my eyelashes?

A: Not if applied correctly. Simply use the high definition lash brush and apply

Kiss Me Mascara with a series of at least five strokes to ensure that the lashes are well
separated. Then let the mascara set for three to five minutes.

Q: Where is Kiss Me Mascara made?

A: Kiss Me Mascara is made in Japan.

Q: What colors are available?

A: Kiss Me Mascara is available in black, brown, blue, black-brown and purple.

Kiss Me Mascara is ideal for women with sensitive eyes and contact lenses.

What causes traditional mascaras to irritate the eyes?

Running: If a mascara runs when exposed to moisture it's dyes and chemicals can

enter the eye and cause irritation or redness. Kiss Me Mascara's unique formulation prevents it from running. It forms a tube around each lash, which once set, no longer
has the capacity to run like a traditional mascara.

Penetrating: Because traditional mascaras are essentially oil based paints, and oil

penetrates the skin, those mascaras can bring their impurities to the root of the lash.
A build up of these impurities or leaving your mascara on for too long can trigger
irritation or even infection. Also, many mascaras may gradually damage or even
destroy contact lenses. The impurities and the oil components may create a film over
or stain the lens if not thoroughly cleaned and after repeated use may eventually
ruin the lens.  Kiss Me Mascara coats each lash rather than intrusively painting it
and it comes off without leaving any harmful residue. Even if a women forgets to
expressly remove Kiss Me Mascara it will simply fall off the lashes while she
showers due to the water pressure.

Excessive rubbing for removal: If your mascara leaves a tint that requires a lot

of rubbing to completely eradicate, you can irritate the skin around the eye.
Remember that the skin around the eye is much more delicate than the that of the
rest of the face. Kiss Me Mascara comes off by very simply washing your face or
showering and applying gentle pressure to the lashes to remove the tubes that
were formed.

Harsh eye make-up removal liquids or lotions: Some make-up removers can irritate

the eyes especially after repeated use. This is why it is recommended that women
who wear mascara regularly use one that doesn't require a make-up remover.

Kiss Me Mascara provides the hold of a high performance water resistant mascara yet only requires water and gentle pressure to come off.
